As Menschen für Menschen, we are facing challenges more than ever before. Our lives are globally interconnected, and our actions transcend national and continental borders. Inequality in the world and events in all parts of the earth directly influence our everyday lives – and threaten the stability of our society. At the same time, however, our interconnectedness is also a great opportunity to stand together and actively change injustices.

The world is changing – we are changing it and ourselves along with it. It is in our hands to make the change a positive one for us all.

As Menschen für Menschen, we live change, because only in this way can we achieve the maximum impact with the donations entrusted to us. We are constantly developing our project work and adapting it to the changing needs of the people in Ethiopia. Together, we are committed to a fairer future. Every day.
Why is Menschen für Menschen changing its appearance?
In order to continue our successful work and to move even faster towards our vision – the vision of our founder Karlheinz Böhm – it is now time for a new design.

Social cohesion across countries and continents is of central importance for our work. The challenges we face, such as climate change, poverty and migration, are global in nature. Only together can we solve them.

With our new logo and a fresh design, we want to reach more people from all generations and areas of society. Everyone can act as a Mensch für Menschen and make a contribution of great impact. We want to strengthen this message with our new appearance.

Is the project work also changing?
Our mission, our values, our commitment to our projects and, above all, how we do all this together with the people in Ethiopia remains unchanged. We continue to work every day with the power of community to overcome injustice and give people the opportunity to lead a self-determined life on their own.
What does the new logo mean?
The new logo stands for the power of community, solidarity and togetherness as Menschen für Menschen and for the right to equal opportunities.

We humans are not the same. No two people are alike. And the unequal distribution in the world denies many of us the opportunity to fulfil our potential.

But we are united by many qualities, needs and dreams – and our shared living space, the Earth. And our diversity is an invaluable asset from which we can draw to meet the challenges we face.
