Your foundation under our roof
By establishing a trust foundation (a foundation without legal capacity), you have the opportunity to use your assets effectively in the long term. Your foundation will bear the name of your choice and will be managed under the umbrella of Menschen für Menschen. You will enter into a contract with the Menschen für Menschen foundation as trustee, which will manage the foundation’s assets in a fiduciary capacity and in accordance with the objectives set out in your statutes. A trust foundation can be set up with an amount of less than 50,000 €. We take care of administration, use of funds and reporting – in close consultation with you.
